Connected Christmas
Fuel was brought on board to help the AIB Wellbeing team create an engaging Christmas event for all AIB staff. As it was a year where we were all apart and a year that proved very difficult for all this was an important part of the Wellbeings team aim. This was to help lift spirits and give something back to the staff at the end of such a hard year. The team wanted to bring a big name into the homes of all the staff and this was definitely achieved with Gavin James and Saarloos with a fantastic night of entertainment. The event was held within the Fuel studios with use of the 7m LED wall. With over 15,000 employees tuning in across the country it was a huge success and interaction between the audience and the performance was a huge hit.
AIB Wellbeing worked with Fuel in delivering two virtual events to our workforce in Ireland, the UK and USA. Featuring presentations by AIB CEO Colin Hunt, Chief of People Operations Geraldine Casey, and a live performance by musician Gavin James – we were particularly impressed by the level of professionalism, excellent production values, and the feeling of ease that Fuel instilled in our Leadership team. This event was watched live by 15,000 people, with extremely positive audience interaction throughout. We look forward to working with the team at Fuel again in the near future.
