''All Together Gathering''
End of Year Global Party
For the first time ever, PayPal wanted to host a global virtual around the world celebration and gathering for their employees for their end of year party. When PayPal reached out to Fuel to try and create this incredible idea during the height of the pandemic, ‘’The All Together Gathering’’ was born. This global gathering took place in December 2020 and was a virtual and immersive event which connected employees with their fellow colleagues to enjoy unique experiences, created exclusively, just for PayPal employees across the world. This global gathering took place live across eight time-zone specific programmes, 24 hours, 52 cities and 13 countries. Over 72 hours of content was programmed and produced exclusively for PayPal employees which included music, dance, spectacle, magic and more, all beamed directly into employees homes.

This experience took place on Fuel’s bespoke virtual and immersive platform which showcased multiple programmes across multiple stages and had something for everyone that connected employees to other employees, cultures and entertainment from places they may have never been able to visit. These multiple areas included the main stage, workshop stage, dancefloor, mingle, photobooth, wall of wishes and a shopping link! Each employee was also sent a gift from a small PayPal powered business local from their area/region. What was so special about this event? A incredible 24 hours where all PayPal employees from all over the world came together for one night as one team, one office, one big All Together Gathering. A gathering like no other, to celebrate all of the PayPal employees who have worked so hard during a challenging year. An event which also supported hundreds of artists, performers and local businesses across the world in a time when they truly needed support.
